		<description>The NYtimes online just ran a little article about the side effects of Ambien, another potent sleep aid.  Apparently it not only leaves you feeling refreshed in the morning, but also rather full--turns out that it causes people to "sleep eat".  Some prescribers have been found to raid the fridge, cook full meals, and return to bed without knowing!  Crazy shit!  Take a look. . .
